Contracts are not binding when it suits gogo-getaway

Guy's i lost the trust i had with gogo-getaway, I have signed a contract with them and till today they have not responded. The next thing they will be blacklisting me cause i have canceled the debit order i had with them. Please good people don't be ****med like me
