Contract cancellation

Good day after a presentation we i decided to join but after getting retrenched i decided to cancel the contract sent an email on the 12th of October requesting cancelation and debit order removal they responded on the 14th stating they will forward my case to the relevant department .....after endless calls and emails debit orders are still going off on my account
