Cancellation

My name is Nase and I had a bad experience with this company Go go getways and I were invited by a mutual friend to one their presentations. We took up a membership with them. About a month later we decided to cancel the membership with them, I sent them countless emails CANCELLING the membership. WHAT A NIGHTMARE it's turned out to be. They deducted the once off payment of R1792 and the Monthly fee of R344 at once which wasn't what the agent told us and that wasn't the agreement, because we used our bank card to swipe it was difficult for the bank to reverse the debit orders that went off on our account. When i called them they busy telling me waiting for the branch manager.I asked how much is the cancellation fee no one seems to know how much the cancellation is and the lady I'm speaking with on the phone keeps on telling me she is on the way she cannot talk now call you when I get to the office....

I just want to cancel I am no longer interested in joining Go go getaways. If only I can get my money back and we go our separate ways.because if I sent you an email regarding cancellation fee you must tell me how much is the cancellation fee and if I am willing to pay the cancellation fee you cannot tell me it's a bind legal contract a bind legal contract also has a cancellation because I told them in advance that I am no longer taking the package

So can someone please from Gogo getaway come back to me
