Zero service, misleading advertising, no refund

I have written numerous emails to cancel my membership, but the R399 subscription fee still gets deducted from my bank account! How can I stop them to take money from my account if they are not providing the service as promised? Surely this is *******?!<br> <br> GoGlam obviously oversold this \limited (as promised by the sales consultant) deal. What are my rights? How do I expose this company? How do I get my money back? "
