WORST service - Never joining them again

I entered into a contract with Alide at Go Glam who promised me an AWESOME package with fantastic benefits. I have since had an unforseen financial commitment come up and decided that I could not justify a luxury expense over a necessity.This is where the probem began. I have no less than 8emails to Nick [Email Removed] have had 3 reponses in total - good service? I think not. The standard response is \our number is ***"- any idea how many times ive tried to make contact on that number? No less than 17... it DOES NOT WORK. I have asked repeatedly for an alterative number or to have a call back set (as a normal service consultant would do) and I have had no response.This is by far one of the WORST decisions that I have made - I will never promote a company that feels that it does not need to service its' paying customers. What is worse is that the company works on a referral system - I am so happy that I did not provide any referrals as was requested at sales stage - I saved myself a lot of embarassment!
