I joined a Spa promotion deal you pay R399 a month and you get 5 treatments 60 minutes each per a month. When I wanted to book I had to book months in advanced as they were fully booked. I decided to email them written confirmation to cancel my membership, they did not respond. After several calls and emails I got one email back from them. They still proceeded with the debt order and when I called to say please reverse it they stated its part of a cancellaton fee which was never communicated to me. still to date they have not come back to me, this should not be allowed, its a **** to make money and they target the beauty industry. what is this world coming to!! Please somebody do something about it!!!
