Pathetic

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife had a subscription with a company called GoGlam but subsequently decided to cancel her subscription. Months later, my wife picked up that her bank account was still being debited every month, the complete total around R1300. She was debited for another three or four months. We then followed up with them and they gave us some technical babble and said they can only give her R898 back and that it would take between 2-3 months for the refund, which we found completely unacceptable. We left it to see what would happen. It's now been past the three months and they now somehow only saw it fit to refund an amount of R449. I can't even explain how completely unprofessional and pathetic their customer service has been. It also seems to be a trend with this company. I expect a full refund and in the week seven days. We are tired of being BS'd. This company is a joke. </p>
