Money debited with cancelled membership
I signed up to Go Glam mid November but i soon realised what an unprofessional and shocking service the company was. I wasn't comfortable in the first place giving my banking details over the phone so I cancelled my membership with numerous phone calls and emails to Nick(manager). I was emailed on 9 December with the acknowledgement my membership was cancelled but they would be taking off R399 for the next month so i am still able to go for treatments in Jan but after that i NO LONGER AM A MEMBER AFTER.

It is now 31 January and today I was debited R399 AGAIN WHEN I AM NO LONGER PART OF GO GLAM.
My mothers membership was also cancelled. I received a phone call this past week from GoGlam and this lady kept saying i was a member still. SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE COMPANY and JUST SHOWS how badly the company is run

I will be taking this further to the consumers protection act if i am not refunded and my bank details are DESTROYED by Go Glam. Go Glam records conversations and I have kept every email for proof that my membership is cancelled and bank statements.

I demand my money back and i demand they delete ALL my information and my mothers Megan Kaimowitz.
