Misrep & Refusal to cancel within terms of CPA

GoGlam sold a telephonic agreement to me in which terms were stated. I queried the cancellation terms prior to joining. I was told that the cancellation fees are only a months installment and 20 day written notice. <br> After sending my cancellation, I was told that there's an R800.00 cancellation fee. When disputing this, I referred them to the recorded conversation which I had with the rep. Dianne then told me that she will cancel it with a 20 day notice period. <br> I received an email from her now, stating that the agreement will be cancelled on 32 Dec, but I will still need to pay the installment for January. <br> The services received from GoGlam are paid upfront - R399 at the beginning of the month, where-after you receive the 5 treatments. I sent the notice on 20/11/2015 and I am told that the cancellation will be effective 23/12/2015, but the next installment will still be due. <br> This is not in line with the terms of the CPA at all, nor is it in line with what the rep told me over the phone.
