Inconsistant service and information

I would highly recommend that you carefully think about taking this membership out with Go Glam before signing your life over to them. After being with the company for 4 months I have learnt the following:<br> <br> 1. The Milk and Honey Spa is definitely nowhere near a 5 star experience. They do not use the greatest of products in terms of facials and massages and have a lack of gelish nail colour. The gelish nail lamps are also always broken. <br> <br> 2. The wait to be seated for your appointment is always 10 - 20mins. Once I waited for a full 30min. This is obviously the outcome of over booking clients and thus, the spa cannot manage. <br> <br> 3. I have had some lovely ladies do my nails and facials, Nikiwe is an absolute nail queen (Quick and accurate).I think she is wasting her talents here. In general the spa feels more like a training school rather then an experienced firm.<br> <br> 4. Go Glam customer service, blunty, sucks. They are so quick to get you on board and once they have you, are MIA. <br> <br> 5.Lastly it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel your membership without loosing money. I am now subjected to pay for 3 months to get my subscription cancelled. Nothing of the sort was in the contract. <br> <br> Con Artists!!!!
