Go Glam Cancelled still deducts R513

On the 18/03/15 i telephonically signed up for this beauty treatment, then on the 23/03/15 I had an emergency and I knew I wouldnt be able to pay it....this morning they deducted R513 after I advised via email that the registration fee didnt go off and what would the cancellation fee be then. no reply from Go Glam, quick to take money and I havent even used their product/service? How is that right? then Nick has the audacity to tell me I must read the fine print. I asked to speak to management he says there's no one there he's the only one in the office. he has an attitude that reeks of sarcasm and non-chanlant. How do you do business like this? Take money from me for something I havent used? Pathetic service Pathetic Management. Totally disgusted. I expect and apology and my money back for something I didnt use. Never mind a contract, if i didnt used it why should i pay for it? .
