I have signed a telephonic contract with Goglam in Oct 2014 offering 5 monthly treatments @R399 monthly. Admin fee of R114 will be due and I will not pay annual admin fee of R399 in Jan 2015 as mu membership will only be 2 months then. From Nov I could not get any bookings. I got 2 in Dec, none in Jan, some in Feb, none in march, some in April and may and since June no bookings are available and I cannot access bookings on the Goglam site. I have logged a complaint with Michelle on numerous occasions and now request my money for unused treatments (23) and R399 admin charged in Dec 2014. I need my money to book much needed treatments somewhere else.
