Cancellation of my membership

Hi I'm Jamie, I signed up with GoGlam on Monday, 25 January 2016. I tried contacting GoGlam to cancel my membership within the 5 day cool off period, but I have had no luck. I DO NOT have the funds to pay for a membership or R800 for cancellation fees. I am a student and so my holiday job has come to an end, that means no source of income. I really need help trying to cancel my account.
