Beware of Go Glam

I would caution anyone who is considering to join Go Glam. I went online to book my appointments and I cannot get a booking for the entire of May. This is somewhat ********** service as how can you be billed by a company where you cannot make a booking in the first place? Please note that is also impossible to contact the spa directly as the line provided is not in use. My friend has also left ago Glam but was still required to make a months additional payment although they were unable to make a booking for two months. It is very concerning that they did not attempt to rectify this problem and customers are continuing to have this problem. There is no accountability to their customers.
