bad service and attitudes as always

I arrived at1:45 and jodi the one manager asked if it's only full leg. I said no combo. As last month she told me underarm and full leg is a combo and one treatment. At 2:30 i get taken up to a room . However I'm ignored and not even notified or apologised to for the delay. I asked if there is not two the******s as its a couples treatment the the****** looks blank and I showed her the email. She went down and came back up and told me there is both other the****** available and it is booked for 1 underarm and 1 full leg. I said no it cant be. The the****** then went down and called Patricia the other manager as jodi had already left, who was very abrupt. And said I must take it up with head office. There is no the****** available and it's only booked for underarm and leg which is two treatments and if we are both done in the room then it will 2 hours and it's not allowed. And she walked off While I'm trying to show her the confirmation booking email received from head office..It is not the first time there is something like this happening. I call head office just to hear they now close 2pm as it's festive. I've even had my private burnt by too hot wax and tortured by cold wax
