15 months and still no refund

In Feb 2015, I followed their cancellation process and they 'accidently' debited my account for an extra month. I have since been trying to get my money back from this company, whilst listening to their endless excuses. They have terrible customer service and no one will take responsibility for their actions. It has been 15 months since the 1st incident with this company has taken place and I am STILL waiting for my money!!! The lady that I have been dealing with, Diann, is apparently the ONLY person who can help me in the ENTIRE company....and she's NEVER available. PATHETIC service! </span></p>
