No service, no product, no refund.

Order placed on 15 April, pay upfront, 7 working days to complete the job. I had to continuously follow up, no response from client from the 24th of April. I requested to at least have it by the 30th... Juan Diedericks was not available, never commented, his office could not help me. I requested my funds back, no response. I ended up getting a letter of demand on the 5th of May to only respond, send the letter. This tells me he never intended to do business, or give my money back.
