I tried using GO and FIND to help locate a lost phone in [month/year]. The website/service claimed they could track and recover lost/missing devices.

My experience: 1. *Payment taken without clear authorization*: After entering my card details, I was charged without a clear confirmation step or service being provided. I did not approve this charge. 2. *No actual tracking/support*: I didn't receive any usable location data, updates, or customer support when I followed up. 3. *Hard to get a refund*: Emails/messages to their support went unanswered, and there was no obvious way to dispute the charge through their site.[amount]
