Within minutes of it happening, we realized it. We tried our normally recovery methods. Make payment and they will send you a map of where the phone is. Once that was done, I received a message saying map could not be produced as there was a current search on already. I had to wait 24 hours for this old search to expire. This morning the status just shows "unable to find phone". Please don't waste your time, they're totally ***********.
