I would advise never doing business with this airline.<br> <br> On 17 July, I booked a ticket CT to Jhb for 28 Sept. On 21 Sept I receive mail saying oops, sorry, no landing rights, so flight cancelled - full refund to follow. Not only did this mean that I now had to book a much more expensive flight, but I was now waiting for my FULL refund.<br> <br> I eventually get a refund, but it's nearly R200 short, despite them saying in a mail that I would receive the full amount, which e-mail I have obviously kept.<br> <br> They do not answer e-mails or return telephone calls.<br> <br> WHERE IS MY FULL REFUND AND HOW CAN YOU SELL TICKETS FOR FLIGHTS WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE LANDING RIGHTS?????<br> <br> Steer clear of this company.
