No feedback on gnc product complaint

I got real light headed and dizzy when using gnc creatine 5000. I am sufficiently hydrated btw. I sent an email to GNC south africa which I only received a few weeks later on 29 June 2015. I rep**** to the email and have heard nothing back since. Stopped buying your products after this ******** treatment
