GMTek - poor customer care

GMTek was keen to fix/replace my Iphone 8 screen. They came and replace it on Wednesday 11 September in my office. I paid R1200 in cash.

15 Min after the replacement I notified them that my phone is not working 100%. I spoke to the technician several times, sent many WA’s, communicated by email.

Today is Friday the 20th. For the last few days they are totally ignoring me. There is no feedback no communication.
