Truly exceptional

There is no way to describe the service except omw. I have dealt with Richard and Jacques. When they say we will call you back, 2 minutes and they do. It is a pleasure dealing with people who know their products. Not like yeh this is how it works....they really know. The technical responses are awesome. The willingness to get something resolved is fantastic. My wife suffers chronic sinus, so air purifiers, air flow and extraction are important. Having bought and used different machines I can tell you these guys know their stuff. And the most important thing, they understand and apply their technical knowledge to resolve the issues and in a friendly and professional way. They bend over backwards to ensure their customers are happy and there are many shops that could learn from that. Thanks guys you have reinforced my belief that my choice of GMC was the right one.
