Support and product goes hand in hand

I bought two dehumidifiers and as this is a very new experience for me, I ask many questions to understand the appliances better. Sending an email via their website, TWICE, within 3 months apart, I am answered promptly and with an explaination , for me as a customer, to understand. Backup and customer support are hard to come by. The product I bought was a 12liter dehumidifier with only a removable (could last many years) dust filter. Cleaning is easy. The energy consumption is a low 200watt. No more musky smell or fogged windows. A pleasure to LIVE in my house. Thanks GMC airconditioning.
