Useless, *********** staff

<p>Its been three weeks my car has been with GM westvaal rustenburg. only this week they manage to know its an alternator which is covered under warranty. i requested a courtesy car to no avail. logged a complaint with GM SA customer support - There was no support or what soever. case manager on meetings or something, only to send you emails that they are investigating your case. No help at all, useless and *********** staff. poor service.</p>
