Unbelievably bad service - oh wait, NO service at all!

<p>It is almost 24 hours since my nightmare experience with Westvaal GM Klerksdorp started - AND still my problem is not sorted out. In fact, my vehicle has not even been looked at. I was left stranded without a courtesy car and after 19:00 yesterday evening I had to start calling around to arrange transport - on my own expense even though the vehicle in question is NEW and under warranty. The dealership principle blames the GMSA Customer Care service. The service manager does not have a care in the word. No follow-ups. The operator at GMSA Customer Care service can't help - in fact, the Customer Care service won't even contact the dealership to help sort out the mess. Never in my entire life have I been treated so badly and experienced such unprofessional service as I am currently experiencing from Westvaal GM Klerskdorp. I will continue to be vocal about this until something has been done.</p>
