poor service

I was at westvaal in Mokopane to book for my vehicle for service as i'm Essential worker. the lady at the workshop told to go and contact simunye service plan and check if this vehicle is still in the motorplan. She was rode and treating me like a **** in my pens. the service was bad i went home without getting assistant.
