Fooled me twice - Westvaal GM motors Nelspruit

<p>Hello Peter. I am not happy about my most recent experience with the service department at Westvaal Nelspruit. I booked my car for a 75000km service two weeks in advance, knowing it is a big service and I live 90 km from Nelspruit, I also specifically asked if they would be able to do this bigger service on a Sa****ay. At the day of service, I arrived at 7:30 as requested by them, only helped at 8am. Why to be there early then, I do not know. Almost an hour after booking in my car, I get a phone call from them - Sir we cannot service your car today because the people of the extended service plan is not working today. Then when we went back to the garage to fetch my car, the story gets a tail. Now he says they only do minor services on Sa****ays and the girl doing the service bookings is new and she did not know about the extended service plan procedures. So no, I am not happy with their service and they wasted my time. This is the second time they fooled me. The first time my radio had a problem and they said they will take it out and send it away for repairs. They did. But also took out the console around and under the radio. When the radio came back, they put it back without a console. After debating with them about what happened to my original console, they found a s**** one and forced it in. It looks terrible and they did not take responsibility for correcting it. They simply shrug their shoulders and I am still driving around with a car that looks like the radio was ****** and then a backyard job done to put it back.</p>
