Chevrolet utility tonneau cover Westvaal Rustenburg (General motors)

I have reported my tonneau cover of my 2 year old brand new car's rubber to be coming loose during the last service that I had. The services department noted that there was nothing wrong with the cover. I asked to speak to the service manager who asked that I return on the Monday seeing that his manager would be available then. The manager was not available on the day that he said he would be. He took photos and said that he would ask feedback. I never received feedback and had to make numerous calls for answers. Andries told me that they would not assist me seeing that the warranty has expired with a year. He shrugged off my wishes of him communicating to me via email.

I actually reported it to come loose on one side and was difficult to fit on one side to Chanteel Jacobs after which Westvaal attempted to adjust the frame.

These days it comes loose every day on that side.

It is very dangerous and frustrating to be driving with a flapping cover because of wind and it bad for my fuel consumption. Everything gets wet at the back when it rains

I would actually not advise anyone to buy a Utility (I have had waaranty issues with a broken clutcplate which apparently was a factory fault, a car seat and door handle which was broken)

I am very disappointed with the overall service experienced at Westvaal Rustenburg.

I will not advise anyone to buy or fit a tonneau cover at Westvaal Rustenburg seeing that it is definitely not a good quality product that tears within a year (even with me parking under a roof during the day and night, I don't even use the bakkie for business purposes).

I reported the issue on the Chevrolet website and received no response, ISUZU called me today saying that Westvaal denies me reporting the tonneau cover coming loose on one side right after it's installation seieng that they cannot pick up a job card. The lady even said that after I asked her to liase with Westvaal that she might not be calling me back to give me feedback.
