Deposit Dispute

I was residing at one of the GM van Zummeren Properties in East London and have moved up firstly because of how their flats are not conducive because of the fact that they have mouse in their place and secondly I have been offered a job our of town which I had to take. I has then informed the lady who calls herself the office administrator or liaison that I am moving out and have found someone to take up my lease she then sends me an application to give to this person and then next thing she tells me that the flat has been given to someone else already. So I enquire about my deposit and she tells me that provided that they find someone to occupy for July they will refund me my deposit. I call and email countless times regarding the deposit and she answeres to the fact that she told me to send my banking details and when these are authorized. I send her my bank details and to another follow up this week and she tells me that my deposit pay back has been rejected and I asked her on what grounds she tells me I left before the 6 months lease and I tell well I had no other option because I was not about to reject work for a lease and I had told I have someone to take mey lesse now she tells me her boss still rejected it and I'm like okay sure fine where can I get hold told your boss because now you made promises and now you are not delivering and giving excuses which you had not mentioned before when we initially spoke about my deposit payback. She is failing to provide me with her bosses contact details or any other form of how I can contact him because now if this is how tenants are treated by being given false information and then when it's time to pay excuses are being made. All this miscommunication needs to be stopped now to prevent it from happening again to anyone else cause what she gave me was not factual information and now she can't answer is ignoring and is saying she sees no reason in responding in replying to me because she has stated that is has been rejected because I left before the 6 months had lapsed which was not in my controlling. She is also mentioning that I didn't give them the appropriate time frame of which I told her it was beyond my control cause had I known I was going to be asked to change offices I would have let them know hence I mentioned to her that there is someone to take over my lease.
