Worst service I ever received

<p>My car has developed a problem with the one shock absorber. I called and was told to bring the car in the next day so I did. They took the car and then dropped me off at my residence</p> <p> </p> <p>I told them that I needed a lift back to fetch the car and was informed that there aren't any drivers available. I have to find my own way back!</p> <p>They stripped the car and told me they had to keep it overnight because they don't have the replacement shock absorber. So I said fine get me a courtesy car so I can go to work and was advised that there aren't any available</p> <p> </p> <p>So I told them to put the car back together so I can come fetch it. I had to inconvenience someone to take me all the way to Vereeniging because nobody came to fetch me!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I now brought the car again for the new shock absorber and I'm told that I must find my way back again because there aren't any drivers available, again! And no courtesy cars available again!</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of ******* service is this? Everybody just looks at me like there's something wrong with me. Clearly the standard of quality isn't something that they think is important. Customer satisfaction should come first. Nobody cares!</p> <p> </p> <p>Useless pathetic service. Because I live in the Vaal I am forced to accept this</p>
