very poor service

<p>My friend took his isuzu 4x4 to imperial gm vereeniging to replace a leaking crank main seal and the car was there for 3 days they charge him R 900 for the seal and for 8 hours labour R4800 and it came to a total of almost R7000 when he went to fetch his car and he drove it home 23km when he stopped at a cafe the oil started leaking and noise on the enjin started and the 4x4 light do not come on and he took it back and they said they will not fix the problems that they caused and they wanted to charge him again for labour i realy think that is bull**** and would like to know what can he do about this problem</p>
