Vehicle not settle in full

Hi Peter. Please assist me what to do. I have trade in a vehicle by above company. And than after 3 months I got a call from Wesbank where that vehicle was financed. They told me that I still have one payment that is unpaid. So the dealership only settled the cheaper amount on their settlement letter. Now the bank keeps me responsible for that payment. Can you assist me in this matter please?
