My Chevrolet Cruz had a starting problem, so I took it to GM Isando. I've only had this vehicle for 9 months. They said that they will have to replace the computer box, after that the problem persisted, then replaced the battery and now they want to replace the wiring harness. Up to now, I had to phone them every time I wanted a status update on my vehicle. They can not even tell me what the problem is or what will happen if they don't manage to solve this problem. I am a sales representative and I need a vehicle to do my job and I'm currently paying for something I do not have the use of. I want to know if they will be reversing the deal or replace the vehicle if they do not manage to solve the problem. My next step will be reporting them to the motor industry ombudsman. I will also never buy any GM vehicle again and nor will I suggest any one to do so.
