<p>Purchasing a Honda Brio via the online Imperial Select has been such a terrible experience.</p> <p>Starting from poor customer service , saleman Wilson Tshikota asking me to call him about the deal </p> <p>to ********** add on to my finance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Purchasing a second hand car (2016)but getting charged for metalic paint , data dot , warrenty etc</p> <p>Confirming with data dot that the vehicle is registred with them but getting charged R2400 for it (free to hange owner ship)</p> <p> </p> <p>Metalic paint as on optional extra on a second hand car ?? - R1000</p> <p>Paying R12500 on the road fees and having to license my own car.</p> <p> </p> <p>Car gets driven down to Cape Town for R8000 as the usual amount is R4500 for on the road fees with the boot miss aligned , now the dealership is claiming it was not in any acident.</p> <p> </p> <p>After licencing my car , i received the incorrect amount stated on the receipt i sent the dealership.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
