GM most shocking service

I have been a loyal customer of Opel since 2008 and this was going to be my third purchase from GM. The car was meant to be a gift for my wife. But on the 2nd November I received the most most pathetic, shocking and *********** service ever which left a rather bitter taste.

1. They promise to call which they never do. Do not even respond to sms. Not a single call to this day.
2. I literally had to waist my time by coordinated my own application for 6 days
3. Regardless of my approval on the first day and all my daily efforts to ensure that my application is done properly, the car still got sold to another buyer later on.
4. They changes my application to a car that is R60000,00 more without my consent. I app**** for (9000km Demo) Opel Adam Jam OPC twisted Pack yellow R169000 changed to Adam Rock gold for R229000
5. I got told by the sales consultants thats this is not the first time this happens as preference is given to white people.

When the ***** treatment became apparent on day 3, I specifically asked the sales consultant (Pulane) if the car was still available and she assured me that it was and that the bank only needed to do an evaluation on my already approved application.

I am most annoyed that GM wasted my whole week.. i could have gone somewhere else but I was being reassured on a daily basis that everything was in order every time I called to do a follow up. My impression of Opel/GM has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how my continued business is being managed by your firm. Furthermore, the manager's inability resolve the issue has meant that my ITC score will be impacted due to my approved application having to be cancelled.

I trust this is not the way GM/Opel wishes to conduct their business with valued customers

I am appalled by such treatment and have the goodmen to take my business somewhere else. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss and look into the matter further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully

Bongani
