Gm imperial isando help you back on your feet

On 12\12 I started the process of purchasing an Isuzu kb250 d teq 2 ********** 0km and received a quote a 15h01. I told the salssman i guaranteed that i would take the vehicle. I had negotiated for the vehicle to be shown to my brother in law and started the online application with Wesbank. The next morning the salesman More Botha called and told me there is a problem. The used cars Manager Tiaan Schumyn had reallocated the vehicle to another buyer the previous afternoon. According to More Tiaan was aware a deal was in progress. I send an email complain to the dealer principal le Roux and spoke to him the next day. He undertook to speak to both men and come to me.. He has not done so despite several follow ups. I also logged an online complaint which Silas said he would investigate and on which I got no response. He did call a staff meeting about this. According to Tiaan the person who firsts puts their money on the table gets the car. According to Alta this is not how it is done. Once a deal is is play the customer gets the benefit and allowed to procure finance.. Never ever do business with Gm Isando. Avoid doing business at any branch where Tiaan is manager. Knowing there is a deal in progress and then still proceeding with another sale is ********* and poor customer service. For the dealer principal and customer service not to come back is reprehensible. Well-done! You put a little old lady with Myasthenia Gravis back on her feet, never mind that she has difficulty getting around and the stress has worsened this auto immune condition. You would have gotten your money in any case..

ACCORDING TO Tiaan whoever puts the money on the table first gets the car regardless if someone already in the process of financing. Wonder how other clients feel about that. The other clients paid csdh while I was applying for a loan. How do the banks feel about this treatment of their customers?
