GM Bloemfontein NEVER AGAIN!!!

I took my vehicle in for a service on the 8th of March 2017, and when I collected it that afternoon, I was informed that the service centre had made a ‘’mistake’’ when they had to do a software upgrade on my radio, and that it now does not work. It has now been more than a month, where I have since been on holiday, and use my vehicle to travel for work on a daily basis, that I have had no infotainment system in my vehicle, which I must say is pretty dam frustrating. Although GM Bloem, did provide me with a Chevy Spark for the first weekend, and then a ‘’Hyundai ‘’for the next three weeks, it still hampered my traveling arrangements, as I have a company petrol card linked to my vehicle, that I could now not use, and had to eventually return their vehicle. I took this up with the Dealer Principle, Henry, at a function one Saturday evening, almost 4 weeks ago, where he committed, to look into the problem, and to then contact me the Monday, which he never did, in fact, if I do not contact them to find out what is going on, they just don't do anything. They tried to put another Radio in the vehicle, but with no success, and now we wait for a new radio to arrive. I can also clearly see that with the taking out and replacing of the radios, they have left marks on my dash board already, and I am concerned of how this will look by the time they now again, have to take out and replace the current with the new. I am extremely frustrated with this situation, and very disappointed with the dealership in Bloemfontein. This is my second Captiva, but hopefully the last one if ever I have to deal with Bloemfontein future!
