Bad customer service

<p>Called Imperial GM Vereeniging on Monday, 12 December 2016 to book my car for a service. The person who assisted me said I could bring my car the following day. Took my car in and the kept my car. Later in the day I receive a call saying that they cannot service my car and they don't provide me with a reason why. I had to call GM in Alberton to get more information, because the people at GM Vereeniging could not assist me. This is not the first that I have an encounter at Imperial GM Vereeniging. It is the 3rd time that I have to complain about their service, because they just do not want to help me. They refused to help me today and advised me that they will bring back my car</p>
