This company steel your money. They fo not supply items paid for. Absolutely NO service from them. They do not answer messages ir phone calls

My name is Celeste Barnard. 22 August 2023, I made a payment into this company bank account, with immediate eft, amount R12 000 On 26 Aug 2023 I paid another amount of R3900 immediate eft payment It was for injectors for my Chev Captiva. They only came to fit the injectors in my vehicle 4 Sept 2023. They should have brought new washers along to fit the injectors, which they did not supply.

Till 9 October they did not come back to fix my car.

I had those injectors tested by Archmans, and they sent me reports that all 4 the injectors supp**** by Kaashif Barddien (gm gafi motors) was not in working condition and faulty. The cost for testing at Archmans was R2 530 which I had to pay.

10 Oct kaashif suggested that the faulty injectors get back to him, so that he can have it tested cleaned and repaired

On this day I asked him that I would like to have a refund of my R15 000 that I paid towards the injectors.

12 October the faulty injectors was returned to Kaashif

19 october again I had to ask feedback regarding the injectors if they are to fixed/replaced. He mentioned that Francois will have a look at the injectors.

On 20 october I asked feedback again. No reply

27 october again asking for feedback. No reply

30 october asking for feedback. No reply. My messages are read, but no reply

31 oct again asking feedback.

1 nov. I was told a driver went to fetch the injectors

7 nov Still no response about a product that I have paid R15k upfront. Again I asked for a refund for my money

Today 11 Dec None of my messages get read. They do not answer my calls

This company is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. THEY ARE *******. THEY STEEL YOUR MONEY. NO aftersales service They asking R5 000 for one second hand FAULTY injector. Where as a new one cost R5 600

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. So I can buy new injectors else where to fit in my vehicle. I have worked shifts in my leave to be able to make the money to pay for this injectors.

My car is standing for 4 months. Yes FOUR months. I still have to pay the monthly installment for financing. But my car is not driving This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY STEEL YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT SUPPLY A SERVICE AT ALL. I have kept all the whatsapp conversations between us, and the proof of payments into their bank account.
