Try to phone the information desk phone rings for 6 min no one bohered to answer, i hang up and diled again there are options to choose from, i choose the emergency option although i hadnt have a emergency, i just want to go through to the ward where my relative is been admited, emergecy answers immediatly and transfer me, i cant believe the reception at a hospital does not answer there phone, what if was urgent, and this was my second time i tried to phone the reception with ni answer, i think everything becomes a joke in our country.
