Worst staff

My dad was admitted to hospital 13/05/2022. I was not able to go with due to my own injuries. However I tried phoning to find out what's going on and got no response. I ended up getting to the hosp to find out what's going on and they refused to let me in or speak to the nurse and or doctor about what is wrong with him. Worst staff ever
