Poor service on queries but flooded by sms's for payment.

The hospital and case management department is useless, I have an account query where the medical aid is waiting for Doctor Chiba who is a psychiatrist at the Glynview hospital to send them information for the claim to be approved. No one is taking accountability yet they want me to pay from my pocket. The people I have dealt with are Dr Chiba, Masego from case management and Laurain Reddy. Terrible service but flooding of demands for payment. Marise Naidoo is also one who does not answer calls.
