Pathetic service

Took my wife to casualty unit for abdominal pain. We got there round about 21:00. We waited until after 00:00 before a doctor could see her as there was apparently no doctor at casualty unit. What kind of casualty unit does not have a doctor. Its pathetic to say the least.
