Outstanding Credit Payment

<p>I am due for a refund but it being delayed. I submittet all my documents as requested on 8 march 2017 and it was submitted for payment 0n 20 March 2017. For some or other reason the payment was rejected and resubmitted for payment. So far I can't get anybody to email me the proof of payment. I keep on phoning the call centre and people do not answer there phones. I have proof of all my emails that i sent and phone calls that I made to the call centre. Also I left messages to return my calls, but to no avail. Emails also do not get answered.</p> <p>Kindly investigate and advise when payment will be made.</p>
