Just like Government Hospital!!

Came in for a procedure.Around 30 people in line waiting for their files..Receptionist with no smile...its like she lost sumone in her family! Slow process..reminds me of BBH...no manager available to complain...by da way..da receptionists are all White! Really pathetic services even after paying...Useless people employed...cant do their work efficiently....really sad!!
