How is it that when your hospital account is an arrears and you are handed over to lawyers BUT WHEN THEY OWE YOU ITS DUCK N DIVE.

I was admitted and paid upfront for my stay and procedure, to my surprise we overpaid and now I'm being told they paid the money back but they can't tell me who it was paid to.
