Hot water dilemma

Can someone please fix hot water problem at Glynwood life hospital. I have been admitted for 10 days already but I have never experienced a nice bath. Each time when you inquire you are told that they are fixing the problem. We are patients for heaven sake who deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. I get hospitalized every month and most of the time I cant wait to get discharged. The staff is amazing but hot water is a problem. Nurses even use buckets to bring hot water for us. Pls help us Mr President.
