Glynwood Hospital have the worst service and staff

Its been my 3rd horrible experience at this pathetic hospital within a period of one and a half years!!! The staff, especially the staff at the renal ward are the most obnoxious ill mannered staff i have ever come across in all walks of life. Really sad to see such a reputible hospitable go down in service like this. Very disappointed with the service and general communication from this hospital, from reception, to theatre, to the wards. All personell should go for etiquette and people skills courses before they are given jobs at places where they are required to work with people. Just the basic attitude and mannerisms of staff generally has degenerated, and is just plain disgusting really
