Glynnwood disgusting!

The glynnwood hospital is getting worse and worse and they have no care in trying to make things better.

This morning my husband and I had to get bloods by lancet laboratories and these particular bloods had to be taken before 7am, we looked online and it says 24hr we also called on the Monday and they said that they open before we came through, on the Tuesday we went through no problem the next day (Wednesday) my husband was man handled by the security guard who was so rude and disgusting telling us it’s not his problem and we must then go to Dunvegan to go get these bloods, because we are not allowed in , even though we reside in Benoni and now at 5:30 we must go all the way to Dunvegan to get bloods, because the hospital in our area does not want to help us? as far as a health care facility, it is atrocious! They have no regard for people and feel some sort of entitlement and the sad part about all this is, is that the glynnwood does not care. This is not the first and second nor third story Iv heard about the glynnwood treating people the way they do. After this experience my husband and I will go to another hospital to have our children and take “Ronny’ advice there and go somewhere else!

Will inform my gynecologist as to why, which I’m sure some excuse will be made instead of the hospital getting there act together. So disappointing that this is our health care facility.
